Volunteer Opportunities
Do you love rodeo, live music, and being part of something special in our community?
The Silver Sage Ag Society is always looking for volunteers to help bring our events to life. Whether it’s behind the scenes or front and centre, every helping hand plays a role in making our events run smoothly and enjoyable for all!
Volunteering is a great way to get involved, meet new people, and be right in the middle of the action while helping us create an amazing experience for our guests.

We’re currently looking for friendly, dependable volunteers for the following areas:
Admissions
Work alongside staff at the entry points by welcoming guests, assisting with ticket scanning, placing wristbands, answering questions, and helping direct foot traffic.
Beer Garden / Sales
Support beverage service by greeting patrons, selling alcoholic beverages, and handling payments. Volunteers must be 18 years or older and hold a valid ProServe license. Please include a photo of your ProServe card when signing up.
Parking Gates
Help guests safely and efficiently park their vehicles, direct traffic flow, and communicate with other parking volunteers via radio. Volunteers must be 14 years or older for this role.
Ushers
Assist guests in finding their way through the rodeo grounds, check tickets, support attendees with accessibility needs, and help ensure smooth seating. Volunteers must be 14 years or older.
